• Since 2013, Master 2 course Probabilistic and statistical tools for the study of the genetic diversity of a population, Master 2 "Mathematics for Life Sciences" (École polytechnique & Univ. Paris-Saclay).

• Since 2010, organisation of the reading group Mathematical modelling of biological systems for students in mathematics and in biology at École normale supérieure of Paris and students of the CPES (Licence 3, PSL University).

• From 2010 to 2022, tutorial sessions for students at Ecole Polytechnique, in particular for the course Stochastic models in biology, ecology and evolution (third year students).

• Since 2010, supervision of student projects (Licence 1 to Master 2, more than 60 projects supervised).

 

Popularisation of science :

• Highlighting of resources aimed at different audiences (general public, students, scientists, ...) about interdisciplinary research at the interfaces between mathematics and the life, Earth or human sciences on the website of the institute of Mathematics for Planet Earth (in French).

• A booklet presenting a few examples of research projects in applied mathematics (in French, grand public): La Recherche en mathématiques appliquées: Pourquoi? Par qui? Comment?

• "Surprising discovery in the evolution of sex chromosomes!" : a short video presenting a new theory on sex chromosome evolution (EvolSexChrom project, led by Tatiana Giraud): English version, French version.
